Simple Bible Pro

Simple Bible Pro is a true “offline” Bible study app for your HP webOS phone or tablet.  Click here to Download it for your webOS Device.  Once you have downloaded a Bible you may use Simple Bible Pro anywhere without the need for an Internet connection. • Fast Bible Navigation. We have built in many features to make it easy to jump around in The Bible quickly.  All the items on this list are available from the text you are currently reading:

Swipe left or right on the screen to go to the next or previous chapter.

Grid style book and chapter and verse look-up

A history button that lists your recent reading history

A translation button to allow you to change translations on the fly

Quick access to your bookmarks.

Just type the Book Chapter Verse and Simple Bible Pro will automatically go there.  Other Keyboard Navigation options include: book & chapter, chapter & Verse in current book, book 1:1 and verse in current chapter.

• Full Screen on the HP TouchPad. While it was originally designed for HP webOS Phones, Simple Bible Pro has been tweaked so that it works in full screen mode on your HP webOS TouchPad.
• Comprehensive search from inside the app.  Just start typing to search the complete text for any word, or phrase.
• Auto-Scroll. Just tap the scroll button and the page will begin to scroll as a speed you set in the preferences.  This allows you to read an entire chapter without having to touch your screen.
• Translators Notes. Many of the books include translators’ notes that may be show or hidden according to your preference.  These notes often times have links to other books in the bible.  Just tap on the link and the app will take you are there.
• Words of Jesus Christ in Red. This is actually a preference setting and can be turned on/off at will.***
• Share your passages.  You may select a passage of the Bible and share it via email or SMS message.

Simple Bible

Simple Bible is The Bible on your HP webOS phone or Tablet.  There are currently over a dozen different translations available for download.  There are options in English, Spanish and German.  All of the books of The Bible are stored on your phone, so you may use Simple Bible in non-Internet friendly locations such as subways, rural areas and airplanes. Simple Bible include a bookmark feature as well as your last position in both the old and new testaments.  You may choose from one of 4 different text sizes for reading.
